YEAST PHOTOFESTIVAL 2024 | MATINO, LECCE

Yeast Photo Festival is an annual event that began in 2021 with the aim of exploring and promoting a renewed relationship between humans and the environment, using photography and visual arts as a form of expression. The festival seeks to create a space for cultural growth and transformation, presenting artworks that celebrate respect for the environment and diversity.

The 2024 edition, titled “From Planet to Plate,” opened yesterday, Thursday, September 19. Numerous exhibitions are scheduled, taking place across various locations in the cities of Lecce and Matino.
This third edition focuses on everyday food, aiming to raise public awareness of its origins, while also reflecting on the social and environmental impact of certain production chains.
