TPG New Talent 2019

TPG New Talent is an exhibition and mentoring programme that invites applications from emerging UK based photographers and artists of any age. The open call, up to eight participants will be selected to take part in a group exhibition, which will take place at The Photographers’ Gallery between 14 June and 6 October 2019. In addition, each successful applicant will be matched with an industry professional for a year-long mentor scheme.

Any emerging UK-based* photographer/artist or artistic duos whose practice has a significant focus on photography and who has not had a significant solo exhibition or published a monograph by a third-party publisher, can partecipate. There is no age limit. There is no need to have studied at an educational institution in the UK or elsewhere.

Aiming to highlight emerging photographers/artists who show a high level of innovation and quality in their practices and would also benefit from a year-long mentorship with an industry professional, TPG New Talent offers a platform to under-recognised talent in the UK.

*who currently live in the UK for the majority of the year.
