Residenza Poietica | Open call

Associazione Amalgama in collaboration with Fondazione Merz promotes an artist residency for performative poets.

The call is reserved for teams of creatives composed of at least one performative poet. The team can be made of up to 5 members (visual artists, sound designers, musicians, dancers, performers, circus performers, set designers etc…). The average age of the team must be 30 years old or less

Applicants must complete the form before March 6th, 2021 at the link https://forms.gle/ViwFksEDA6iEzBwx7, including the following documents: an artistic portfolio of each member of the team and a draft project for the production of performative poetry.

The selected artists will be living in Turin for a month (May 3rd-June 3rd)

Food, housing and rears spaces’ rent costs will be covered by Associazione Amalgama. Artists will be hosted at Casa Giglio.

The final performance, as a result of the residency, will be presented in the Summer programming of Fondazione Merz in June /July.
