MANIFESTA 15 | BARCELLONA

On Sunday, September 8th, the new edition of Manifesta, the nomadic biennial, kicks off and will continue until November 24th, 2024, involving 12 cities in the metropolitan region of Barcelona, covering such a vast area for the first time.

The aim is to redefine the relationships between art, culture, and society, catalyzing socio-ecological change through dialogue with local communities and international cultural producers. The biennial will explore cultural decentralization by connecting art with local infrastructures and addressing urban challenges such as gentrification and territorial development.
Manifesta 15 focuses on a co-creation model with artistic and local communities, while maintaining its nomadic nature.
