DAVID MEDALLA | MUSEION

David Medalla: Parables of Friendship is the first institutional solo exhibition dedicated to the work of Filipino artist, poet and activist David Medalla. The exhibition, visible until September 14, 2022, tells the vital legacy, the spirit, the energy and the radical nature of the artist’s practice.

The exhibition consists of the artist’s various experiments between installations, sculptures, drawings, collages and also unpublished works and restuaries that Museion will present to the public for the first time. The title Parable of Friendship wants to suggest an equal social commitment and transcendence that characterize the artist’s practice.
